Mary Wastie paintings – Cornwall
Mary Wastie was born in 1935 in Cornwall and has lived and worked there all of her life.
Mary has group and solo exhibitions, mainly in Cornwall and London. Between 1980-1995 she held annual solo shows at Trelowarren House, a major centre for the arts and crafts in Cornwall. Her work is currently to be found in local Cornish galleries, London galleries, and very recently in Long Island City New York. Her work is very collectible and fetches substantial figures. She has exhibited at the Mullion Gallery, Glasshouse Gallery, St Ives Society of Artists
